Good knee pads. Plenty of protection for the knees, does not restrict mobility. I recommend!

I did a 3-hour route without taking them off and they ventilate well (although it's not summer). You can pedal with them but then my kneecap bothered me from rubbing with the internal silicone. They are quality and I recommend them anyway.
