I have not yet been able to test them as such, but being Alpinestars I have no doubt that they will more than fulfill their function, and from what I have been able to verify, they seem hard and resistant to shocks. Of course, the part of the knee is not glued as such. When flexed, it separates from the knee because the hooks go around the calf, but when you stretch the leg it sticks again. This in case of impact will matter little, since the impact would glue the protection back to the knee, but from the outside it can be aesthetically strange.

What size is the knee pad? And for children, what age would it be more or less? Thank you

The size, as mentioned in the product characteristics, is unique. It fits me perfectly (I´m 1.77m). For children I think it´s great. Unless you are 13 or 14 years old. It will depend on your height!
