I was worried because it was my first order, but I was satisfied very quickly from reception to arrival. Of course, the shoes and tags were new and there was no collapse of the box. As for the feeling of size of shoes often said, I asked for one size larger, but a little surplus. If you adjust it with socks, there is no problem, but if you recommend it to people, you should be sure to ask for it once you have tried it on. I have been wearing gaerne shoes in the past, so I am happy with the size.
